Autodesk & FMI’s have partnered on another industry report, ”Trust Matters: The High Cost of Low Trust.” The research investigated the costs and benefits of trust within construction organizations and across project teams.
We surveyed over 2,500 construction professionals and discovered many interesting ways that trust impacts companies and teams. 37% report “very high” levels of trust within their firm, and the report explores how the level of trust impacts revenue, employee retention, team performance and much more.
