An integrated solution to prepare and sync Bid Packages between the ConCntric preconstruction platform, and the Building Connected Bid Solicitation suite, including all details and attachments.

Details

  • Strategically assists customer in the planning and development of project bid packages.
  • Collect, review and prep Bid Package with associated collateral and details.
  • Connects ConCntric account to Building Connected and ACC or BIM 360 accounts.
  • Create and/or sync Building Connected Projects.
  • Create and/or sync to ACC or BIM 360 Docs Projects.
  • Setup ACC or BIM 360 Docs folder structure with permissions for Bid Package content.
  • Push Bid Packages 'Details' (data) from ConCntric to Building Connected and auto-complete Bid Forms.
  • Push Bid Package 'Content' (files) from ConCntric to ACC or BIM 360 Docs (Specs, Plans, etc.).
  • Push/Sync 'Award Value' from Building Connected back to ConCntric Bid Packages.
